Blame the failure of the system to do the things needed to provide security, a realistic defense budget, fiscal responsibility (Clinton did this) and a free flow of information to make good decisions with. The current secret Admin with its wreck America by destroying its economic vitality needs to be challenged by prudent leaders about our course and every member of congress needs to have term limits and be held accountable for ripping off our country for votes.
