Well, you obviously do not understand the significance of the nuclear clock. It is a imaginary clock kept by world experts to determine how many minutes we are away as a world from nuclear holocaust with midnight being destruction. We had moved significantly away but recent events have reserved that dramatically.

And who are these imaginary keepers of the clock?

A friend of mine's father used to set his watch by a nuclear clock. It was the most accurate clock available in England at the time. It might still be.
