JM: RMBS is a bit of a spec. in that they have to overcome Judge Payne's (ala Jackson) miscarriage of justice and make it through a couple of Appelate cases as well as have the German expert side with the Italian patent expert who found for RMBS but there seems to be no doubt that above 2 ghx RMBS is king and is being adapted in many other areas as time goes by including but not limited to games (PS2) and networking. But if the court decisions go there way everyone in DRAM business will be paying them royalties. There are enormous forces arrayed against them MU and Infineon and inexplicably INTC but they seem to have an ally in Samsung and others at the board level who see the opportunity to use RMBS tech. to build a better mousetrap. Given their balance sheet and their other initiatives it looks like a worthwhile play given it once traded north of 200 or more and yes they have real technology. JFD

JM: Of course a stock like this is worth a peek:

NWRE

And if you have the stomach for it try NXTL.

the current production costs of K8 boards are high, it requires a 6 layer PCB and complex circuitry, it is predicted that it exceeds US 100. It is hopeful that the price of K8 will drop by 1Q next year
ocworkbench.com,

Current production costs of Hammer motherboards?

Presumably, these are prototypes, not regular production.
