Neat site. I see Trinidad beats Bangladesh, but is not high. Both countries are full of ... oops, too un-PC:0)

Err..you have the winners/losers backwards <G>. Trinidad
is not even close at 31.
Bangladesh in winning place (91) has a disclaimer at the bottom
of that page that says in many long winded ways that data
is suspect. So your other favorite Nigeria is the real winner.
What is funny is that the scale is 0 to 10 and
these winners have managed to get...well negative
numbers as scores !!!
The 2002 data comes in June and then we shall
see who is really winning - Bangla Desh or Nigeria<G>

They have a bribe-payers index also announced recently
which is a different story (poor can be bribe-receiving
corrupt, but to be bribe-payer-corrupt, you need to have
the $$$). That has the 2002 numbers already and the
winners are... "Domestic Companies" and Russia.
transparency.org

That seems to suggest we should be investing in
"Domestic companies" and Russia <G>
