I like gold and readily see some advantage to owning it. But I doubt a piano tuner like Greenspan will roll over and let the dollar devaluation go as far as Hugo's scenario states, or that gold will ascend to such a lofty throne. If I'm wrong, I think it'll be apparent within 2 months. Like any other equity, I buy mining stocks and the metal - and sell them - trading in and out, as the mkt tells me to. We are getting close to a dip I believe, followed by a swift run. We'll see.
