If you can add this:http://cbs.marketwatch.com/news/story.asp?guid=%7BAA33BD90%2DCAAC%2D4E5F%2D884B%2D85F609BCE236%7D&siteid=mktw.

The prospect of paying the bills and buying groceries with gold and silver might not be in such a distant galaxy. It was a common knowledge that you could buy 122mm 1KT (nuclear) artillery shell from withdrawing Russian military out of East Germany, Poland. The only question remaining is how many was sold and to whom. BTW, NATO is partially to blame as they rejected in 1978 to classify artillery nuclear shells as a weapons of mass destruction. Both sides kept it rather with control mechanism adjusted just to conventional weapons.
