Unfortunately, we have no idea where that article came from so we have no idea of the significance of it, if any.

However the article stated:

"The Americans and other influential countries have to focus their attention on the core dispute between Pakistan and India if they sincerely want peace in South Asia. "

IMO that is farcical. The Paks and Indians have to focus their attention on the core dispute. It's not Uncle Sam's and others responsibility to bail them out of consequences of their intransigence and it is childish to expect it. Countries need to grow up and stop expecting mommy and daddy to come to their rescue each time they throw tantrums. If countries insist on rattling sabres, then their day of reckoning should come. Inappropriate adult actions should have consequences.
