Well, there are multiple causes...

That is exactly what EIX wants everyone to believe.

That has been EIX's plan all along. They even blamed the State. But the State never told them they had to hastily deregulate. Nobody forced EIX to hastily deregulate. That was entirely EIX's decision...why? They were and are more interested in overseas and out of state investments and projects than they were in looking out for the interests of their own rate payers at home.

...CPN has already renegotiated its contracts.

Gee.... The City of Los Angeles hasn't had any problems with any contracts. Everyone keeps ignoring that very important fact! All of those companies who are involved from out of state should go to Federal Court against the State of California. All they're doing is looking out for their own good to cover up their own incompetence. The last thing the State of California wants to do is be responsible and go after the responsible party: EIX!

As usual....it's always everybody elses fault. Never their own!
