>>A lot of psoriasis are stress related>>>

Yes many dermatological conditions have a direct tie to stress. Ive found that when Im under a time of heavy stress i occasionally get some dermititis. Amazing how many health issues are in some way tied to our stress levels (palpitations, back pain, and so on). When I have a health related issue I normally think about the level of stress I have been undergoing first before running out to see some doctor.
