If we didn't spel it wrong and you didn't wondur about it, would you luk it up and lern anything? Movies I have seen lately that were OK.Heist: Hackman, DeVito -- fun and well done. Hackman is greatSpy Game: Redford, Pitt. Good paced action. Involves you.Oceans 11: Pitt, Clooney, Damon, Roberts and others. Best actor of them all is the old has-been Elliot Gould! Lots of fun. Erin Brockovitch. Julia Roberts is so good, that she overshadows the parts of her husband and the law firm head, which were not so great. She is the movie and it is worth seeing.Shakespeare in Love: Fiennes and Paltrow. Great period piece. Well, well done. Romeo and Juliet. A delight.Dusk Til Dawn: Not really a good movie, but very very wild, and worth one see. Clooney, Keitel, and its director Tarantino, who is not a bad an actor as his reviews. Still he should stay behind the camera.15 Minutes De Niro. Not a great movie but not a walk out exactly. While disatisfyingly cliche, it has one fascinating aspect. Bruce Cutler, the lawyer from NY plays himself (Cameo) in it! and he does a good over the top job. For that insightful bit part, it is worth it.Richard Burton's Hamlet: Well, it was a long time ago and it was in black and white, but it is best Shakespeare ever done for a movie or many stages. If you have not seen it, get it and you will understand much of Shakespeare's humour and lines, and perhaps for the first time see the meaning of his seemingly convoluted and dated references. BTW, a nunnery is a whorehouse.Night of the Iguana: Set your Iguana free. Catch your own flies. I dare you. We are partly all the characters is William's message. In this lies our salvation if we seek it and our damnation too.Mullholland Drive: Naomi Watts is a good actress. A very weird, very involving adult movie. If you can figure out what Lynch is saying, you are a voyeur from another planet. So what is the blue box, reality? The red lampshade? Is the sex theme a sex theme, or is it about intellectual freedom? A very good street take on Hollyrood. EC<:-}
