Harry, received this in a PM from a vey good friend--

Re. delisting.
Nasdaq indeed stayed the delisting until Jan 1st., and reset the clock, so the first effective delistings were due May 15.

This explains why so many subpenny stocks continued to trade even after being at 40c for a long time up to a year.

In the meantime the rules have been bend again: now a company get additional time if it applies for a listing to nasdaq small cap.

With the start of the BBX the small caps cards will be shuffled again - the BBX will consist of prominent BBs and Nasdaq Small Caps which will cease to exist; and the smaller BB stocks will be relegated to the pinks.

So don't expect much nasdaq action until the BBX is up and running.
