It seems to lead by 1.5 to 3 months, but hasn't been fully validated.> interesting, this would be one to really follow through on, and see how it works out. <On the positive side, 4-Year Info Tech Business Expectations (1.5 to 4wk lead) rose to a peak this past week (and could go higher still).> is this a measure of management feeling or of economist? (would prefer management opinions.) can it be volatile? in otherwords subject to rather abrupt optimistic/pessimistic mood swings? My near term views, will be influenced much by the first or first and second day of this week. Max
