Good points but the COTs aren't completely long yet though more so than in the past. They are still holding onto and adding to NDX mini short positions. The S&P contracts are still very short and I would think as Heinz said a long time ago, they will be plenty long when the real bottom is hit.

I guess we go up a while then get the big 5 down to scare the heck out of everyone including bears and that is when they cover the last of the shorts and go clown long.
