Roebear, I have been involved as a volunteer representing industrial need for the science curriculum in our school system. It has been my observation in Minnesota we have bloated administrative organizations. People just sitting around that do not contribute to the education of the children. It is my opinion the people should have good wages, but have not been able to figure out how to equitably pay these professionals who work 9 months out of the year. Joan
