thxs...i don't know why it's doing that... regardless, in 2 weeks the chart you linked is only several points higher, and based on traditional PnF rules, the bullish percent indicator for the OTC is still on a sell signal even though we had the largest one week gain in a year for the index... "The NASDAQ Composite and NASDAQ 100 (QQQ) are capitalization-weighted indices, therefore, their actual movement is controlled by a very small number of stocks. For example a mere 1/2 of 1% of the stocks underlying the NASDAQ Composite command 40% of its move."
