Definitely the semiconductor manufacturers. The excess capacity in the current market will reduce profit margins to near zero. Much like whats happened to INTC and AMD. To cover costs run rates will be high.

The semi equips have almost monopolies in there specialized areas now. There used to be lots of semi equipment companies but the massive costs of development and the very hard times being at the top of the food chain meant they have all consolidated now. They either get business or they dont depending on the semiconductor plants demand for improvement. A lot of new capacity has come on line over the last few years. The 300mm stuff is not the whole story...
