Mr. Huang, Your chart looks very interesting, but I am not familiar with the ADX. Could you explain it briefly?

I tried to locate ADX in my charting software (eSignal) but could not find it, is it known by any other name?

At today's point in time, where would you suspect the exit point (price) to be for DRIV? What bearing does the 50% gap down on April 1, 2002 have, technically, for the next few months?
