I suppose it's always better to be prepared, especially after the stunning attack of 9/11 or appear to be prepared than to be condemned later, after the fact, for having been caught off-guard. All the more reason to anticipate action (or make a fuss about this) in view of the accusations levelled against Bush for not having acted in time though having been informed about the impending 9/11. FWIW, stargazers believe the conditions are right for a 9/11 scale of attack sooner than later and they have been advising folks to stay away from the big cities during the period May17-June17. But, as experience has shown, "the stars incline, they do not compel," and so the attack might not happen after all.
