I've looked into one book by him and it has footnote marks in the text but there are no footnotes in the book. Just a note saying the footnotes are listed on some online link. Makes it a hassle to check what his source was and evaluate it. And I suspect makes it easy to slip in inaccuracies. Just the sleazy thing I'd expect from him. Clearly he wants people to accept his controversial pronouncements on faith else why make them inconvenient to get to.
