Those that are not dead are fearful of making themselves known. Mind you, many Palestinians were assassinated for co-operating (really or imagined to be) with the Israelis! And, of course, some are afraid of exposing themselves to be dissidents: it would be so embarrassing and even shameful as they happen to be sucking at the Jewish tit! However, from my personal experience of having lived among Moslems, I dare say that, by and large, they tend to be highly cohesive and fanatic. So, no apparent dissidents!
