Absolutely. And Bush recognizes it. Congress leaks like a sieve. I oppose any "investigations" at this time.

This is a key point that the intel services and military would like to dispute with "he savaged the military and CIA", but no numbers.

The best they can come up with is that Clinton refused personal meetings with CIA chief, who was offended he had to have meetings like anyone else, in NSC meetings.

Good point, an obvious attempt to politicize, and avoid any independent investigation.

"Blame Clinton", and "don't investigate Bush admin" are two irreconcilable POVs.
