"Clinton actually increased the budget for our intelligence operatives" This is a key point that the intel services and military would like to dispute with "he savaged the military and CIA", but no numbers. The best they can come up with is that Clinton refused personal meetings with CIA chief, who was offended he had to have meetings like anyone else, in NSC meetings.
