That being said, I think it is bearish that we are already at his target. Leads me to believe that maybe we see 1653 in the next two days.

I have yet to see a "stealthy" decline off an evening star over the past year and/or a distributional top. Probabilities are with "hefty" and not "stealthy <g>."
