James,

1) This acquisition is an event; Unisphere has excellent products and competes with the big boys for each significant account. This will give more strength to Juniper offerings.

2) I don't think that merging will be a problem since there is not too much difference in corporate cultures.

It may be looked upon as a non-event short-term, but the acquisition is a BIG DEAL from a longer perspective - and a very positiive strategic move.
