I don't think that has nearly so much to do with people reading what NG says and not responding as it does with something else. Hint: if a tree falls in the forest and nobody is around, did it make any noise?

Please stop posting your reminders about how bad the thread works. It isn't perfect, but it does cut down on a lot of noise (except this post <g>).

EP, I have NG on ignore :) so I can't comment but I'll tell you that people would be more willing to come to someone's defense if they like the person and I get the feeling that not many people like tcmay around here.
