They never worried about a grossly negligent approach to the terrorists by the WH when the DC Hillbillys were there - why worry about a little "incompetance" now?. Sudan offered Osama to the Slickster and he was too dumb to take the deal. Also the slickster had the same terrorism warnings about hijacking planes back in 99 and did nothing. The way Sickster handled the transition you wonder if he ever passed any of it along.
