W: Investment bankers and venture capitalists has a purpose. You go to them when you need to do transfer risk to somebody else. There is a cost to this risk transfer. Don't send an amateur to do that. Particularly when you play with OPM (other peoples Money) and the other people (shareholders) are blindly trusting you, you better be an expert in risk assessment and risk management. For Dell's derivative handling supporters it is too late to complain about investment bankers. It is not too late to ask the management to make amends.
