POG...(price O' gold) I think investors, and I use that term loosely, are becoming cognizant that some very bad things have a better than 50/50 chance of putting a good sized dent into our American economy... Throw in a US dollar that is losing value, and other than the Swiss Franc, RatDogStocks and Gold, there is no place to hide..... As I have been saying for some time, our standard of living has a good chance of sinking quite a bit... Take away the free money that the FED has most citizens addicted to, and where is the steam this economy needs to pull ahead? Think of all the older, retired people you know, think how they lived clean lives, played by the rules, saved their $$ over the years, and now they get a putrid return that is less than the real rate of inflation, for what? We know what, and that is the problem, it can't last.
