Hi Pat Hughes; Thanks for returning to rationality.

Re: "I will recoup my Rambus losses. They were mostly paper." This is an amateur attitude. Paper losses are real. In addition, the future doesn't look good for Rambus. It's evident now that the company lied to you about whether DDR was reliable and would beat RDRAM. Why do you think they're telling you the truth when they say that they're going to dig themselves out of the worst legal hole that any IP company has ever dug itself in to?

Re: "I own other stock via funds." This is BS. 99% of your thousand plus SI posts are on the subject of Rambus, and are on this thread. Go ahead and support your claim by finding a single post you've ever made stating that you own any other stock or mutual fund. Or did you start putting money in them after your Rambus disaster?

Re: "I do have a Chuckie Cheese type job except I'm the owner...not the cashier." I know people who have those kinds of little places and if you think that a life of buying food and making it into meals for the public is "awesome", well, you must be rather, shall we say, intellectually limited. That's how you got caught in the Rambus trap, dude. Stick to cleaning dishes. Leave the next memory technology to people like me. As far as enjoying your job, anyone who wants to get a good idea about what your frame of mind is can simply peruse a collection of your profanity and insults here: #reply-17169118 Don't try to fake being happy with your situation, you're not going to fool anyone.

Re: "Dells new DDR offerings are awesome. Rambus owns DDR."

Maybe you don't remember this:

...
Dell has opened up relationships with a wider variety of memory manufacturers to curb the effect of recent price hikes in memory chips, chief executive Michael Dell said on Tuesday.

The Round Rock, Texas-based PC maker has begun to obtain memory from Taiwan's Nanya to trim back escalating memory costs seemingly caused in part by cooperation between manufacturers, Dell told an audience at Merrill Lynch's Hardware Heaven conference in San Francisco.

P.S. Rambus doesn't have a DDR royalty agreement with Nanya. Rambus doesn't own the DDR that Dell is using.
