It's about time someone cut MSFT's prices! I never understood why Netscape didn't respond to Internet Explorer's price tag (free) by offering their own FreeWord, FreeSpreadsheet and FreePowerpoint via download from their web site. Putting those applications together can't cost more than 10-20 engineers and 6-9 months' time (my completely uneducated guess), but if reasonably successful it would have seriously hurt MSFT and would have proven anti-competitive practices when future versions of Windows surprisingly "didn't work" with Netscape's free applications. If only I had been CEO...... Elroy
