Next time you see Powers, ask what he learned from his GSTRF investment experience. Then ask him why he returned to SI after a long absence to promote the stock. Then ask him why he disappeared after it crashed.

Jon, he knew he had a tremendous following on SI. He knew people would follow his lead. He compounded a major investment mistake by encouraging others to come along. Anyone with the investment experience he has should have seen GSTRF for what it was...a joke. I can see a vet being blindsided by an Intel or something...but not GSTRF.

The decision reflects his evaluation skills. The only conclusion I can draw is what I said before...

He got sucked into the bubble like everyone else.
