Neo, I think all of the Nazis were cowards when it came to facing the Soviet advancement in Berlin. There were tales of German soldiers running to Americans to surrender, so they would not have to face their fate with the Reds. It seems that the Soviets were really pissed at the Nazi regime, and did not have a reputation of kind handling of enemy prisoners. That's not surprising as the Rosh are supposed to be descendants of the Scythians.
