Hi, Roy, I don’t have any good means to ascertain the veracity of this report – or just about any other, for that matter. However, your reply is a good example that one is better off trusting Western – including Israeli – sources, simply because they tend to be peer reviewed and heavily questioned all the time. You yourself saw loads of stuff posted here, written by Israelis, which stands sharply against the position of their government. On the other hand, if you and I would be Palestinians, questioning the words of their leadership, we would be both risking our lives. Old timers used to say that one shouldn’t take freedom for granted, and they were – and are – right. edit: I think this response also applies to the post by Runner just above... I realise I don't touch upon all the questions and implications, but no one can do that...
