Something is sticking in my throat with respect to this new Bay/PAAS merger, and I really think those invested in BAY read this post and my reply to it. Something stinks. Opinions are appreciated.

PS: I own no BAY at this time, nor am I short. Call me concerned.

Z,

<Something stinks.Opinions are appreciated>

My opinion is that you do not understand BAY's main asset, and never did.

It is certainly a surprise that this merger comes so soon... but it was very easy to anticipate that such a merger would eventually come, if you understood the specifics of each companies. It could have been done with other companies like Hecla for instance... But PAAS was the most prepared for it.

<Something stinks.>

The only thing I smell is you, road kill. I sold BAY too soon (but for a near triple), as I thought they'd go alone, but this is no particular surprise. PAAS has high priced stock and can pay up. Very few top notch pure advanced silver deposits in the world. This will be a great fit for PAAS.
