TKRN - The Vice President Donald Douglas Donald Douglas is a professor and coordinator of the Police Foundations and Law and Security Administration programs at Conestoga College for 27 years. Mr. Douglas was seconded to the Waterloo Regional Police Service and to the Ministry of Correctional Services to develop courses in criminology and law as well as training modules in Security Administration and Corrections. He recently served with the U.S. Department of Justice in police training (ICITAP) as part of the United Nations peace-keeping force in Haiti. He holds degrees from Cambridge and London University, an honors degree from Sir George Williams University and an M.A. in Sociology from McMaster University, plus he is the author of numerous articles and papers in his field. Mr. Douglas has also served as Chairperson with direct responsibility for fund-raising for many not-for-profit community service organizations.
