Hi John:

In hindsight the buy in was the close on Friday. The utilization of the credit line and the Monday AM WSJ article were the turning points forcing the short covering of the oversold position.

One would think as long as they don't have exposure to CA litigation (and liability) from the energy crisis its a good buy @ this level. Especially since they do have assets and a major backer.

Manangement has a creditability issue to overcome. Similar to TYC where I'm trying to determine what is a good value point. I was looking @ TYC's balance sheet this am and it still has a ways to go. If it can sucessfully retest $15 I may buy some.

Right now I'm trying to catch up on my life with family. Peak workload right up to May 15. The 9/11 incident has created opportunities within the insurance industry although so far its mostly short term work (actually 2 more of my clients stopped writing us business, but of course the runoff work on the liabilities will be a few years).

Going out to hit some balls in a few minutes (tournament on Thursday and I only played Friday for the first time since last Oct/Nov).
