Seems backwards to me. Or a good way to pickpocket shares from investors into the hands of the Merril Pimps.

And the Fund Mismanagers bailing out is just mismanagement of OPM. Either never should have been invested there in the first place or should have been researched to where they were comfortable holding. Rather than throwing OPM away due to an arbitrary price number.
