Well, since we can't legally hang the bastards up in public and gut them, like the Italians finally did to Mussolini in WWII, I wish every investor on Earth would sue Merrill. Their criminal activities altered the daily ebb and flow of the markets, thus affecting everyone. I think special prosecution is due in cases like this, so that the bastard's houses, property, clothes, and EVERYTHING they have that is worth even a penny can be confiscated and sold. And then the bastards should rot naked in solitary confinement cells with diseased rats for roomies. Heh! Like that would ever happen.
