Genius re: fuel up 180,000+ kilo explosive content guided fuel-air bombs that is indeed sound like a real genius. :-)) You can make airports and airplanes as safe as possible and that would only mean that terrorists would have to use something else. I am sure your genius would let you figure out at least few dozen ways to inflict damage of 9/11 or higher. If you would rely on passive defense against terrorist activity then it is a 101% guarantee that they would get you at the end.
