As I read it:
It was an analyst from RS making the comment.
He's saying the chips work but most aren't salable due to bad bin.


If that's the case then he's saying that the market wants faster parts than the fabs can supply. This would certainly make sense comparing AMD to Intel. AMD's yield problems could be just binsplit problems. Intel's reported great yields could mean great binsplits.
