I read that. So you're saying McCain's intent is to make the Indian tribes his own "political cash register"?

To make that have any credibility, you'd need to answer the first question I posed, which was sidestepped by the article: how much did the Indians give to McCain?

If its zillions, and a large proportion of his contributions, then maybe there's some credence to the idea that he's listening to them. But it still doesn't make any sense that he would craft the CFR bill as a ploy to raise money from the Indians.

I doubt anyone considers that seriously.

Have you seen any rebuttal, or is this the only story you've seen?
