Right on!!!

The first responsibility of the government is to protect its citizens. That's why we have governments.
In this case, however, the government seems to also be protecting itself very carefully by making it more than clear that we have been "warned."

Then the media gets on the bandwagon....

Overkill, imho.

I think they did everything they could do, prior to 9/11, based on info they had, when you consider that the same info was given to that lame brain Clinton in 1999....and he did as much back then as Bush did later.
There isn't much to work with. You do what you can with what little information you have.
Had the FBI done its job properly, more information MAY have made it up the chain of command, but this was unfortunately not the case.

Nothing to see here, move along....
