Maurice: There is a need for scapegoats in politics. While Enron has been looked at as one, Anderson another, there seems also to be an attempt to tar all US companies from GE to the smallest "dotcom" as risky, dangerous and not worth considering for investment. Much of the angst re options reflects this. Options are an excellent way to provide incentives for hard work and performance beyond the ordinary for people in a rapidly growing company with minimum practical expense to the stockholder. Beats cash. But that seems to be lost in all the sound and fury. Hope baby is not thrown out with the bathwater. Best. Chaz
