Where are the Gurus when you need them.

I just finished listening to the CC and to a lay person it sounded very promising. It seems that the phase II trials will be necessary to really get a better idea of the efficacy of multiple dosing. As one would expect, they were very optimistic. Would appreciate an opinion from anyone concerning the phase I/II trials presentation.
