Mike,, I have nothing against blacks or jews--- Nothing... The Taliban was totally supported by America much the same as Saddam was. The slightest delving into this will prove that to your satisfaction. Aid from America is virtually non existant , unless it's in the form of weapons to some Crushing Dictator who is bought and paid for by American Corporations. Of course the Tax payer foots the bill. Perhaps this is the way the world works and has always worked, but if I were on the recieving end I might get nasty.

why did the taliban abuse its own citezens mike, we gave up the right to even pretend we care what the taliban was doing to its own when we sent our representatives over there with bags of cash for them. WE FINANCED THEM. We armed them and we financed them. The sick irony of all this is that those are our own dollars being used against us. Some of it direct - as when Colin Powell visited the Taliban and gave them a @#$% check - some of it indirect through our so-called allies like sa'ud royal family. we paid a heavy price for our taliban entanglement, it scares the p*** out of me to think what we might have to pay for our support and coddling of the hillbillies from riyadh. and again, this has nothing to do with the totally justified hunting down of the bastards responsible for 9-11.
