<BAY should have held out> The risk to small companies developing projects can be high. It's even pretty high and expensive for advanced stage exploration. Prudence is the better part of valor especially given the nice offer, so I think BAY did the right thing. It's also interesting how they are moving on via the exploco spinoff. IMO the preferred exit strategies for most juniors are premium stock swaps with larger outfits.
