Re: Can you answer all these?

We can tell Elmer that Intel spent $14 Billion on its FABs in the last 2 years, and that they have to re-equip them for .90 next year, which will likely keep their capex as high or higher than it's been.

In the same period:
AMD spent about 1/8 as much on capex

to make 1/4 the number of processors and half as much flash

AMD has been gaining overall share in processors

AMD has been losing share in flash but has (finally) introduced its new flash product line that looks unbeatable - and they are increasing their capacity by a factor of about 6 this year to supply the market with their new flash products.

AMD has been growing steadily in the mobile segment, and has a lower power product unitl Intel can ship banias (and maybe after that, as well).

AMD has been growing very quickly in workstations/Servers, and has a much better product than anything Intel can produce for years, coming for the segment in Q1.

AMD has lost a little share in desktops, and is less competitive there, until the fall, when it fields a 64-bit processor against Intel's 32-bit processor.
