08:52 ET RBAK pops 16% on news of Nokia investment : 08:46 ET Redback Ntwrks: Nokia takes 10% stake (RBAK) 2.27: Rumor reported by Briefing.com May 16 that Nokia may purchase a stake in RBAK is being confirmed this morning. Companies are announcing that Nokia has agreed to acquire a 10% stake unregistered common stock in RBAK with an option to increase its position to less than 20%. Additionally, companies will expand their existing commercial relationship to include global distribution of wireline intelligent edge and broadband access products.
