Give Bank of America a year or two with free online EBPP and let's see if this holds true: "Mr. Woodford said the possibility that AmSouth would lose customers to banks that offer bill presentment does not worry him. “We are always asking our customers what their needs are,” he said. “We’re not having attrition problems.” About 18 months from now I predict that Mr. Woodford's myopia will be apparent. When will more bankers start thinking proactively instead of reactively?
