They said soon!. <And third, is this a done deal, or could a third party come in and raise the stakes? > With silver at $4.75-$4.80... the deal is good...and BAY shareholders are getting a very good price...thanks to PAAS high priced stock. Now we must hope that silver will break out. That is why I think it is prudent to take some profits here, in case silver retreat again.
