MM, I agree. Also, if investors were ripped off and the states collected taxes on the frenzied activity, shouldn't the investors get the puny $100 million instead of state coffers?

MM, The NY Post says that the Manhattan DA is looking into the individuals such as Blodget. I'm surprised that Pennsylvania would settle for $2 mil when New York is getting $48 mil. At first I was surprised at the North American Securities Administrators Association's enthusiasm for the settlement until I read that they will get $2 mil.
